The work from this series reflects the harmonious fusion of my graphic design background and classical education in Chinese calligraphy. This combination enables me to express depth and movement through a fluidity that seems rare in contemporary art. My brush strokes are characterised by their spontaneous yet deliberate application, mirroring the precision and discipline I learned from traditional calligraphy while embracing the freedom inherent in abstract expression. This approach not only captures the essence of my cultural heritage, but also evokes a sense of rhythm and balance, drawing the viewer into a contemplative experience that transcends mere visuals.
